Best website for viewing products in detail. Fast deliveries; love that I can track my package. Packaging is excellent; everything arrives in good condition. Returns are super easy; love that I get an e-mail confirming receipt of my returned items. Only suggestion: conserve resources & eliminate the Bluefly shopping bag. I do not use it & it goes to waste. Maybe ask the buyer at the end of the sales transaction if they want a bag or not. Bluefly is one of my favorite websites. I visit often :-)

Bluefly was excellent, with one big flaw. When I returned items, I specified that I wanted the money back on my credit card, not in my "Bluefly account." They put it in my Bluefly account. I was able to fix this with an email, but that has caused at least 4 or 5 days delay in the processing of my return credit.

Its very hard to buy clothes on line cause most the time it doesn't fit or poor quality. Usually other merchants have a terrible return policy most the time a restocking fee, so how sure of a fit/quality you have to be in order to buy from them? At BF you have 90 days no question and no other billing surprises. Very reasonable and ease return shipping fee too. I am very pleased. Geo A. Marques

Bluefly is an excellent online merchant of high quality clothing and accessories. Low shipping price and easy returns when an item does not fit, etc. I have been shopping with them for over 5 years and have never had a problem.

Although I was satisfied overall with my purchase, I was very disappointed with the return policy. The coat I purchased was too small and I was unable to just return it for a larger size. I had to wait about three weeks for the credit to come through and then repurchase a new coat. I was unable to use the discount that I had used on the first purchase, which means I acutally had to pay more for the second coat. And I had to risk the possibility of my size being sold out.

I wanted to use Bluefly, but that lack of correct sizing information has made it impossible. I've had to return 75% of what I've purchased and in regards to this have tried to keep the shipping cost down by taking store credit. Well, after this last order where most of the items didn't fit, because they didn't match up the 'general' sizing chart (the only one available), I've decided that I can't waste my time and money any longer. Maybe someone can send me an email to let me know when you'll start to show the real sizing of different vendors like Nordstrom does. Then I'll come back. In the meantime, my feelings of frustration at the poor sizing and lost shipping costs will be my memory of Bluefly.

The best online store for chic clothing, in my opinion. Great search capabilities. My only complaint is that occasionally, items arrive crumpled -- not usually but sometimes. Also wish they had even more of certain items that sell out quickly but that is the nature of what they offer.
