A fine shopping experience, but not as good as other sites, such as Zappos or even Amazon. My one criticism about Bluefly is paying for shipping. Zappos offers free overnight shipping on orders over $125 and Amazon offers free shipping on certain items. $7.95 is a lot to pay for just one item and becomes a deterrent when the purchase totals $300 or more. Further to this, it has now been a week since I placed my order and my package has not arrived.

I made an online purchase of a dress on 4/28/07 and on 5/3/07 received an e-mail that my order was canceled as the dress was out of stock. If the dress is out of stock, then don't advertise it as being available, or at least have a quicker turn around time to tell the customer. Very poor customer service.

I am not pleased that Bluefly has changed delivery options to DHL. When returning it is much more complicated than just dropping it off at a UPS entity. If the box for the item exceeds the size of a DHL drop off box, you have to call and schedule a pickup. This is too unwieldly. It's making me rethink Bluefly purchases after all these years! Go back to the former carrier, please!

I had my heart set on a black evening dress in a size 6. I received a size 12 black skirt. Totally the wrong order and DHL did not pick up on time. The dress is out of stock in my size. I was diappointed!

i like the fact that you could skim over a dress to see if they have your size before opening up and seeing all the different views of the dress only to find out the dress is not in your size. overall i had a good experience with blufly and will shop again

I have shopped at Bluefly twice now and both times my product arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted. The prices are good for quality merchandise. The only problem with Bluefly is that they send too many e-mails - as such I have opted off their e-mail list.

I was happy with my purchase and surprised at the beautiful presentation when I received it. I had ordered something from Spiegel at the same time. Spiegel has a beautiful catalog but that is it. I received a skirt all bunched up in a plastic bag and mailed in an envelope. I pulled the skirt out and it looked cheap and smelled bad. I am sending it back. My Michael Kors jacket was in a beautiful box with beautiful packaging and tissue. A nice presentation is so appreciated. It made me feel like the product was special and that I was as a customer.
