Bluefly is great! I can always count on them for quality merchandise at affordable prices. It was a positive experience. This merchant has an extremely broad selection of merchandise and I enjoy "window shopping". I have had no problems with any purchase I made with this merchant (this was about the third time I have ordered something from this merchant). I have always received the items very quickly. Although product was supposed to be name brand, top quality, and priced that way.. It seemed kind of cheaply made, as if I could have paid a quarter for it out of the machines in stores!!! I have been a sporadic customer of Bluefly and since my recent transaction, I will never, ever shop there again. I ordered a pair of jeans from them and received them--complete with a *hole* and a *stain*. Customer service via Chat was fantastic. I spoke with 2 separate reps and both helps me significantly with my purchase. They were able to verify if the products I was shopping for were in stock and also helped me save an addition 10% with a special promo code. quality of goods is impressive for price compared to dept and chain specialty stores. I don't feel as though the clothes will fall apart in a season. descriptions of items on site are thorough which is helpful.I am always amused by the inclusion of a shopping bag, very clever way to remind us that Bluefly is a "store" and makes it a more luxury experience.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
