The morning after my bag came, it went on sale, so I emailed Bluefly and asked if it would be possible to get the sale difference and they were more than happy to do so. I HAD TO RETURN A TOP THRU DHL--THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. IT TOOK FOUR DAYS AND FOUR PHONE CALLS TO HAVE THE PACKAGE PICKED UP. DHL LIED--TWO DIFFERENT LIES ABOUT WHY THE PACKAGE WASN'T PICKED UP. IT HAS MADE ME A BIT LEARY ABOUT BUYING SOMETHING THAT I MIGHT HAVE TO RETURN.  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:

Love Bluefly but just tried to email them regarding the ill fitting shoes and got a message that the "contact" window I'd spent time filling out no longer worked. Anyway, I'm returning the shoes because they were extremely wide - made me look like Minnie Mouse. I wanted to suggest to them that they include the width or if the shoes run wide or narrow. I looked inside the shoe itself and there was no width indicator. (I'd tried other shoes from Bluefly and they also were too wide.)  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:
