The product was great, price was great. and delivery was great. Over all, a great shopping experience. I do have one concern though, and that is that the blue nile jewelry box the product came in seemed a little old/used and not in brand new condition. so it kind of took away from the whole gift experience. But i still like the earrings. keep it up.

Blue Nile has great product quality and customer service. However I made a couple of returns in the past due to error in my part selecting the diamond cut. When I placed the subsequent orders, their supervisor called me to justify why they should allow my recent orders this time, because it creates so much inconvenience for their processing Dept. I don't think this is a good business practice. I feel like a customer who is being punished for making past mistakes. I highly doubt I will shop with them again.

Overall very satisfied with Blue Nile. The website is well organized, easy to navigate, and offers quality education. I would buy again from them. The only negative experience I encountered was the financing online application, which did not function properly. It ultimately delayed my purchase and I had to settle for a slightly less desirable diamond.

I loved reading all the reviews. It really helped make my mind up about this wedding band. I recently shopped at a fancy jewelry store for the same ring, except the stores ring was a bit bigger. However, the store price was almost three times as much and their wedding band was too big to match the engagement ring that was also purchased from Blue Nile. So this ring was a perfect match. When it arrived it met and exceeded all my expections!
