I've only had the pendant for a little over two weeks and it is already tarnished beyond repair. I've never had sterling silver do this. It won't come clean. I am very disapointed in the actual merchandise but ordering was simple and shipping was fast and free!

phone assistance was always friendly prices are very competitive customizing options/tools on the website are also extremely easy to use prompt delivery now just wait for my gf to say yes :D there is one suggestion though: for the rings you have a great variety. but for earrings, bracelets and necklaces you don't have the customizing option. it's like they are all premade so you don't have much of a choice if you would like to buy them all from blue nile just my 2 cts

The merchandise was fine. I was unhappy with Blue Nile's web site though. The web site allows shoppers to customize certain jewelry, but the window/engine/web-page that drives that function does not work. The product displayed would not update after changing some of the details. There were two versions of that tool/window/engine/function available, but neither one worked. I tried this with firefox running on redhat linux and also with internet explorer running on windows. I like the merchant. The overall shopping experience is good. But I am disappointed that their web based tools don't work.

great website, great phone support, the only thing I would change is part of the description for 30 day returns. I just learned when you send a pkg registered via the USPS (I'm exchanging diamonds), you have to use that brown paper reinforced tape, you can't use the clear packing tape. Really caused a huge time delay when I had to repackage my box.

Excellent, very easy-to-follow process. Only suggestion would be to add more images of the settings. I was a little disappointed the setting I chose was not a little more "delicate", but it was hard to tell from the available images what I was getting.
