I've both ordered and returned items on Bloomindales.com. I had a bad experience where their website told me my credit card wasn't going through, but I ended up buying 3 of the same item! Bloomindales was very helpful when I explained the problem and accepted the extra items back free of the return shipping charge. I was refunded within a timely matter without having to re-contact them.

I would recommend buying on their website when they have a shipping promotion because shipping can be very expensive!

After you order something from them, prepare yourself for multiple e-mails a week (easy to unsubscribe) and lots of catalogs. The good thing about the catalogs is that they usually include a coupon for 20% off something in them.

I did not have to pay any sales tax, which is a plus if you're buying a pricey item! I think this depends on what state you are in. They also do a lot of extra 20-40% off promotions that are worth checking out. Sometimes, they have a deal where if you spend $500, you get $200 back to use in the future, HOWEVER, a lot of brands are excluded from these promotions.

An earlier reviewer had mentioned that there is no search feature, but there is and it is very helpful.

I do want to mention this about selection, while they may have less than other merchants, they do have some things (like the Tory Burch tote I bought) that no one else does!
