You won't want to buy after reading this. I ordered furniture to be delivered. After waiting a month they told me the order would come in two different deliveries which means waiting around for two days. The first delivery after waiting 4 hours I was called at 9pm at night 2 hours after the window of delivery to tell me it would not be delivered. After dealing with manager after manager and taking two days to do it the truck driver was the actual person that stepped up and on his day off delivered it but no manager wanted to take reponsiblity.
Delivery two after confirming the night before and taking a day off of work was cancelled 45 min before it was suppose to arrive. No reason was given. I asked to speak to a manager who never called me back. I called customer service who blamed the problem on the warehouse. This dance went on for about 5 calls. Spoke to the the manager at the store was no help and didn't call me back. We had to call him back to have him call whomever to help out. Spoke to customer service who said they can't get ahold of anybody at the wharehouse and basically everybody was point the finger at the next guy. Spoke to the manager at the customer service dept that said they would call and email and that the information that I was given by the 5 customer service reps and the warehouse was all wrong.
I thought Bloomingdale was supposed to be customer service oriented. If I wanted to be treated this way I would have walked down a dark Ally holding out my money to be robbed. None of their employees have the freedom to think outside the box to help the customer but rather it must be the next guy fault. Do you want to deal with the run around and 48 hours of your life you will never get back. Still don't have my furniture. Now trying ot get them to pay for my time....so I guess the question here is how valuable is your time? Is it worth that 10% off? NOT MINE
