What an awesome experience. Ordered my shades on Sunday and was able to install them that Saturday. Extremely professional, helpful, and courteous customer service staff. I found the blinds somewhere else for cheaper after I ordered, and blindsgalore was able to price match without any problems or questions. All of their customer service reps that I spoke to were upbeat and knowledgeable. The quality of the shades was exactly as described and the product came without any issues. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Superb customer service is so hard to find these days, so blindsgalore.com has definitely won me over and has found a lifelong customer. I look forward to ordering from them again! |

My $700+ shutters are the wrong size, configuration, and hinge color. I'm always transferred to someone's voice mail and my messages go unanswered when I call blindsgalore, even when I ask to speak with someone in authority. They've ignored my requests for a return authorization, so I've filed an inquiry with AMEX. What a nightmare!
P.S. I need my guest room shutters before Thanksgiving, so I've reordered through Smith & Noble. Yes, it costs more but (I've learned) it's well worth it. |

BUYER BEWARE! They charge your credit card as soon as the order is placed. If they can't fill the order you will not get your money refunded immediately.
I ordered over $700 worth of blinds from them. They called the next day and said they couldn't fill the order, so I told them to cancel and credit my card. They said they would immediately. Three weeks and multiple phone calls later I still don't have my money back!! NOWHERE on their site do they tell you that if THEY can not fill the order you have to wait weeks to get your money back. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and contacting the CA Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. So BEWARE if you decide to order from them!! |

ordered the blinds on-line--the products came when or even before promised--all in good condition--the instructions for installation need more detail--it's sometimes hard to follow the illustrations without any written instructions--I know some people don't read--but I do. I'm very satisfied with the blinds for my new home--and will order more from blinds-galore when I need something.

Question 7 should have another category: "MAYBE," which I would have chosen instead of "YES."
Explanation of their products is not accurate as it could be. The Roman Shades I purchased are not constructed of fabric and as a result do not fold neatly against themselves as the shade is raised. The raised shade actually bulges out from the door and looks unsightly when fully raised. Had I known this beforehand, I would have purchased a different shade.

Blindsgalore was a great experience. Their measuring tips really helped me get the perfect fit. The Blinds look great and really makes my room look beautiful. The only issue I had was shipping and the FedEx driver delivered them to the wrong house. Luckily a gentleman in the neighborhood showed up with the blinds and all was well.

I had been on the mailing list for a while after doing some research a couple months back. I bought during a promotion from one of their holiday emails. The site was much cleaner than their competitor we ordered from last time and the product showed up quickly and exactly as stated. We saved some $ and the product was brand name. Customer service was helpful when I had a question as well. Would recommend.

I found this site while looking for cellular shades. We purchased the Bali shades. I was originally looking at YourBlinds.com, because of the many good reviews here -- but their ordering was a little confusing when trying to order multiples on one headrail -- for instance it wasn't clear if you could get 3 large cordless shades on one rail. To get 3-on-a-rail you had to add comments requesting this, and then you wouldn't see the total price until a rep had looked at the order. BlindsGalore.com had the same prices, but their ordering system was much cleaner -- It was clear exactly what I was ordering, and how much it would cost. We ordered on a Tuesday -- and the first batch shipped on Saturday! The remaining blinds shipped on Monday! I was expecting 2-3 weeks , so was pleasantly surprised. The blinds were well packaged, with all the hardware and clear directions. Be sure to check for coupon codes on the main webpage. With the coupon codes, the prices are the same as any of the other major online blinds retailers -- but without the coupon codes they appear to be slightly more expensive. |
