I have ordered 2 sets of blinds from blinds.com and have had great experiences both times. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had the cheapest prices by far. My 2" Hunter Douglas wood blinds arrived in about a week after I placed my order and were in perfect condition. All mounting hardware was included as well. The live chat feature on their site is great for customer support inquiries, however I have not had to deal with phone support so I can't speak to that. My only minor complaint is that my order status page wasn't updated with a tracking number once the blinds shipped. I e-mailed their customer support and they got back to me with a tracking number the next day. All in all, I had a great experience and will be ordering from them again.

Buyer beware ! After 4 months I still cannot get the right order. The first shipment was broken and shoddy materials and the replacement was a completely wrong order. Cannot get a refund from them or the correct shipment. I will be writing my credit card company next and get the charge retracted and file a complaint with the BBB.

I was pleased to be able to get samples - that made selecting color a no-brainer and it proved to me that what I thought would be the right color(s) - was dead wrong. Measuring instructions were clear and accurate, as were the installation instructions. The blinds arrived in perfect condition and look beautiful.
If I really want to be picky, it would be nice if you could provide a shipment tracking number as many other merchants do. Our blinds just appeared on our door step one day. Now there is nothing inherently wrong with that (especially since they arrived earlier than I had expected), but I would have been an unhappy camper if we had not been home and anything (theft, rain, etc.) had happened to them. Knowing when to expect delivery is really a big plus. Other than that, we are completely satisfied. Thanks to all at Blinds.com for such an excellent product. |

I was very excited to find that I can get blinds to fit my windows for such a reasonable price! I previously purchased made-to-order blinds and was amazed at the cost.
We are redecorating our bedroom, and I like my wood blinds so much, I wanted to put them in our bedroom also, but I didn't want to purchase blinds that were much longer than what I needed. Someone told me I can shorten them, and then I found your website and for the same price I can buy them made to measure! Thank you so much! I am already telling my friends about Blinds.com! |

I was so happy with your products and services that I would definitely shop here again. Your website said that it would take five business days to make one type of blind and three business days to make the other so when my blinds arrived on the fifth business day I was more than pleased. I had a small missing part and a damaged valance return which were not a big deal but when I called your customer service line (both times) your staff was amazing. They were friendly and addressed the issues right away. The parts arrived just a few days after my conversations with them. Thanks for being so customer focused.

This was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. We ordered ten sets of faux wood blinds and each one arrived perfect. They fit our windows great, they were packaged securely and shipped timely, the blinds are of great quality and added so much to the look of our home. I can't think of anything I would suggest they change. A great product with excellent service all a great price.

I placed my order by phone and the woman that helped me was very helpful. She even held up color samples to the sun light shining in the window in order to give me a better idea of the actual color (at least she said that's what she was doing when she placed me on hold momentarily)!! And the color matched perfectly, too! I have ordered quite a bit of merchandise on-line, or by phone, and very few people have ever gone out of their way to provide such personalized service. Customer service means a great deal and, in my opinion, makes the difference between a good business and a 'great' business! You can count on my 'word-of-mouth' advertising!

My first order with Blinds.com was a huge success! The verticals I ordered are terrific, look great, and are so much cheaper than they would have been had I ordered them locally (only found one place within 30 miles). I hesitated to pay the extra shipping charge because of the extra long width, but even with the shipping charge, they were a good deal less money. The time from ordering the product to delivery at my home was less than expected, which was a nice surprise as well.
I'm waiting anxiously for my second order to be delivered, and as soon as my budget allows, I'll be ordering more blinds for the rest of the house. FYI, the metallic (gold ribbed/PVC) verticals are not only beautiful, but they're very durable, easy to maintain, and make a night and day difference in keeping the Florida sun/heat out of the house (they're in a southern exposure window). I would just like to thank you for my first blinds purchase. It was kind of a test of your service as we have many more windows to upgrade. Well, you passed with flying colors. The product is excellent with exacting measurements and your customer service was great. I needed to call with a measuring question before ordering and was surprised to get an actual friendly person on the line to answer it. Then, after 2 weeks went by, I used your live-chat feature after business hours and got an immediate update on shipping. Also, I've ordered samples 4 times which I'm sure is a real pain for your staff. Rest assured that we will be ordering blinds for the rest of our windows by the end of the year.

Shopping at blinds.com is as easy as it can get. First of my 3 separate orders was done on-line, the second 2 via the 800 number. I found that very easy because the lady on the other end was pleasant, helpful and unhurried. Am already putting my next order together. Soon our whole house will be shuttered in Fauxwood white. One more thing, this will save us 40-50% from the local consultant-quoted price.

The website was easy to navigate and to use, the products are exactly as advertised, and when I needed extra help (not because of any lack on the website, but because of my own lack of experience with color matching, etc.), I received help above and beyond anything I expected. Delivery was a little EARLIER than I expected!

I am on my 2nd set of blinds. I looked around at the other "stores" and found pretty much the same product at about double to triple the cost. Searched for blinds on Google and found blinds.com. Measured and ordered 11 blinds. Very easy to order and find exactly what I was looking for! We just bought a new house and went to several stores looking for blinds to go with our wood trimmed windows.
Picked the cheaper ones and was quite surprised how nice these blinds were when they arrived. They were missed hardware, so I called blinds.com and they sent me the hardware via FedEx 2-day. Nice. These were the easiest blinds I've ever installed and look even better than we were expecting. Everyone that has come over to look at our new house, talks about our blinds. My first order through blinds.com was wonderful, Ann was a dream, she helped me get the order right and the blinds were a perfect fit and look fabulous. The second order, Ann again helped me by sending out samples of fabrics and we were able to get the right match for the room, which the Teardrop Romans were beautiful and so easy to install. I found a hole in the fabric and called your customer service rep and she (sorry cant remember her name) took down all the information and I had a call back in minutes telling me that another blind was being shipped to replace the one with the flaw. I am anxiously awaiting the new blind. I will always recommend blinds.com to anyone looking for great service and fabulous window treatments.

I was skeptical, even though my brother had already used them. My frequent calls with questions (I was nervous) were always handled in a friendly way. Even so, I only ordered 1 wood blind at first; and once I was satisfied I ordered the other 7. Got the Blinds.com house brand, and so far so good. I'm relieved and VERY satisfied.

I recently had to put blinds in 23 windows in a new condominium. I reviewed several sites in the process. Blinds.com had gave me the best information and the best product for the price. The blinds arrived right on time with all the necessary hardware and instructions. These guys do a great job. I ordered several free samples of wood blinds and got them quickly in the mail. I ended up ordering over the phone because I had a lot of questions about how to measure, install, etc. The prices on this site are much lower than Home Depot and Lowes for the exact same products. Generally a very good experience.

I ordered some faux wood shutters from blinds.com since that is what they recommended for a bathroom and I received a PLASTIC (shiny) shutter. I sent customer service two emails with no response until I returned the shutter. There response was that they couldn't do anything, and that I wouldn't win on my credit card dispute; this is what I ordered and they didn't care. This is the ugliest shutter I have ever seen and it is very hard to believe that Hunter Douglas would make a plastic shutter. I have ordered Hunter Douglas blinds for years, but this isn't resolved I will never order another Hunter Douglas blind again. If you order from blinds.com you better hope that you don't have problems because the customer service is very, very poor. They obviously do not care about repeat business.

We had an excellent experience with Blinds.com. Their customer service people were great. Our windows have a narrow window depth (where you hang the blinds from), and they helped us find a grass type blind that would work for us. They answered all of our questions very patiently and completely. The shipping time was so quick it was outstanding. Our blinds fit perfectly and our entire living and dining room look great. We ended up going with the Prestige Dawn Breeze. The blinds look gorgeous!
