I honestly can't think of anything I would change . . . Everything was wonderful. In the beginning I was confused about what sort of mount I needed and the customer service rep I spoke with was absolutely wonderful, Robert I think his name was. He sent me out a two inch bracket which resolved the issue and I then immediately placed my order. My order arrived far quicker than I even expected. Installation was easy and the blinds look great. All of our friends have commented on how great they look and have asked where we bought them. It's a little hard not to let them think we spent hundreds of dollars per a blind, which is exactly what it costs when you have windows seven feet tall, but I have told everyone what great prices and service we received.

I had a great experience with this website - I found it very easy to navigate. I had to have a certain size for a french door window and was worried about my measurements so getting the optional insurance in case it didn't fit set my mind at ease. The blind came quickly and the price was really great. My husband installed the blind and it was perfect! Well made and exactly what we wanted.

Actually, I can't think of any significant changes that are needed. I have used Blinds.com for a few different orders and intend to order more in the near future (when there's another good special offer). I have needed phone assistance to have damaged parts replaced or just to get advice, and everyone I have spoken to has been very nice and helpful.

I took a chance on this online retailer due to a generous rebate. The blind is excellent. It's cloth inside and vinyl outside, so it is great at room darkening and as an insulater. The mechanics are solid too. My plasma TV loves blinds.com!

Customer Service at JustBlinds is phenomenal. What a refreshing experience! I ordered several swatches prior to ordering, and I received them 2 days after placing the request, which was great. I have ordered several faux wood blinds and a large custom double-cell blind, and all were a perfect fit and match! I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I have placed three separate orders to Blinds.com over a four year span for two different homes. Each order was received very quickly and accurate per the order. Two days ago I ordered another 27 blinds for my new home that is nearing completion. Another five blinds will be ordered whenever those windows are encased and measurable. After my most recent request for color samples the owner of Blinds.com sent me a personal email inquiring as to my experience with his company. This was quite impressive to me as he is someone who cares about the customer and his company. As you can see I have been very satisfied with Blinds.com and will continue to use them for any future blind purchases. Their no shipping costs for UPS ground is also a great feature.

I placed an order on 11/30, estimated mfg time was 5 days. After 11 days they contacted me to say the manufacturer was out of the material. I expected the blinds, not an email explaining that they had not even checked for the material yet. I gave them a couple of chances to make it right by discounting the order 15%, and covering the shipping, which I thought very reasonable. They refused, so I cancelled the order.

Initial customer service while ordering on 9/24 was good. Then waited 2 weeks, no shades, no tracking. Week 3, finally got email on 10/15 saying their manufacturer was "out of shade color" but restock is due week of 10/13, can change color if wanted. VERY LATE to warn me, it's like warning me of storm when storm's already here. Called, snappy customer service rep said it might come in, might not (very obscure answer) & that they had just gotten the word too. When it's supposed to be 5-7 days for shades to be made from manufacturer, shouldn't blinds.com be contacting them on my behalf and finding out what's going on when its overdue? Cancelled my order on the spot. Had other business locations to get shades for but FORGET THAT!

VERY POOR quality vertical blinds. Pretty good prices, but the blinds themselves are terrible. Also, instructions included with the blinds are incorrect. It took us forever to put these things up, and I never have trouble assembling things. I'm no Bob Vila, but I'm fairly competent nonetheless.

Initially, I was reluctant to order blinds from an online store, fearing that delivery might take too much time.
After wasting a lot of time roaming the brick-and-mortar stores (e.g., IKEA, Bed, Bath and Beyond, etc) trying (in vain) to find blinds that would fit my non-standard windows, I turned to blinds.com. I've found the website very professional, with good descriptions of the various kinds of blinds and very clear instructions on how to take the window measurements; this may seem trivial, but it's actually a bit more complex, because real-life windows are not really symmetric, and it's important to have the right measurements in order for the blinds to fit well. I've ordered the custom-size blinds on a Sunday evening and they arrived on Thursday morning! The installation was easy, the blinds fit perfectly, and they look great. And the price was great, smaller than normal brick-and-mortar stores. |

Horrible experience. It has taken over a month for one set of blinds and I still have not received my blinds. After contacting them to find out where my blinds were, three days after estimated delivery date, they told me my blinds had an estimated completion date that was still 8 days away. So eight more days for completion and then 3-4 more days until delivery. We are now 3 days past what they said would be my second estimated delivery date. I can't believe it's taken this long for one set of blinds. One set, thank god I didn't order more. Customer service was absolutely no help when I emailed them. I'm not sure but I don't think they actually put my order in until I contacted them.

My cellular shade order was delivered on time but one large shade (for a slider) came with a broken end cap that made raising and lowering the shade difficult. I tried to get someone at Blinds.com to address and correct my problem via email and by calling. I was promised when I called that it would be addressed but I never got a response even though I tried 5 times. A new end cap would probably have cost less than $1 and would have resulted in more orders from me as I have other rooms that need blinds.
I will never use these folks again and have steered all my friends away from them. |

We bought a new house 3 years ago and decided to buy blinds from "no brainer, aka blinds.com". The website was impressive. The cellular blinds have all failed in the past three years. The wooden slat blinds have held up OK.
They guarantee their products but it is a pain to ship back an item with a shape such as a blind. Also, they don't pay shipping. I am very disappointed with quality and would choose to buy locally and pay more next time. Delivery speed was good. Order accuracy was good with one exception. Customer service was generally poor. It seemed like they were trying to be good but they continually screwed things up. We did encounter a couple of competent people, so it depends who answers the phone, but at no point did anyone seem to realize that there is a problem when EVERY cellular blind I bought has failed. |

Prices, bought their blinds.com 2" Deluxe Wood Blinds brand and it was supposed to be quality blinds at a low price (ordered their blinds since the colors where the ones I wanted). At the the same time I ordered from another blinds firm on web and they send e-mail confirmations at every step. Poor after-order customer service. Specifically, lousy communication. I was told my order shipped. They couldn't provide s tracking number. Waited and send some more e-mails and no response. Blinds arrive and a week after that they respond on my e-mail with tracking number. Some parts missing, e-mail Blinds.com a 2 weeks ago but still no response...

I have ordered twice thru Blinds.com. The first order arrived with a portion of the mounting hardware missing. On my second order i noted the missing part situation so as to avoid another problem. I even e-mailed customer service to make sure all parts were shipped.Blinds arrived,but parts missing. Can't recommend. E-mailed CEO who promised he reads every customer opinion ,no response.Update, After contacting Blinds.com, I was told part I needed did'nt exist so I called Hunter-Douglas, who shipped correct part overnight. Then, the next week another part arrived,probably from Blinds.com.Too little service,too late!

Great prices...provided you can live with poor after-order customer service. Specifically, lousy communication. I was told my order shipped. It arrived as a partial shipment with no notice of same. A week later I do not have a tracking number for the balance of the order.
Th blinds are Levolor so I'm assured of a quality product. It's left a bad taste in my mouth. |

Delivery quicker than stated. Blinds good quality. I got the buy 4 blinds, get 5th free. I am going to see whether they actually send me the rebate back. For right now, I would give it 4 stars, but will give it 3 stars instead because it is obvious they had somebody give it fake stellar reviews. Be wary of the 5-star (and even 4-star reviews) If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
Update: I did get the rebate back, so everything went well. I am happy with the quality of the blinds. I've had them for over a year now. |

Blinds.com really impressed me. The website was very easy to navigate. I received my blinds very quickly and was supplied a tracking number to track the shipping progress. I purchased the Bali Diamond cell blinds for my kitchen, they arrived in good condition and they fit perfect!
At blinds.com you can request samples of all their products. I received my sample in less than 2 weeks. About 3 weeks after I got my order I was sent an email from the CEO of blinds.com, he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my order. This impressed me, I do business online on a weekly basis and not often does someone follow up to check on your satisfaction. |

Overall I've been quite satisfied with my experience with blinds.com.
The ordering process was easy, the blind arrived quickly and as expected, and fit perfectly. Even installing it myself went well. My only problem, and this is probably my fault for not thinking it through, is that the blind is so long, that when I raise and lower it it feels unstable. Almost as if it is too heavy for the cord. I should have paid the extra money for continuous cord loop I think. Live and learn I guess. I'll certainly know better next time. |

when I called to check on the order, the lady that helped me was super nice. I wish I had her name to thank her again personally. I'd say she was hands down the NICEST person I have ever dealt with over the phone.
Also, the order was perfect when it got here. Well packed, and everything fit. No instructions, but I'm a guy and don't read them anyway. I'd recommend Blinds.com to anyone ..... especially dopes like me that have bought them from Lowe's or Home Depot in the past. You have to get them cut to size by a surly "associate", then remove slats yourself, shorten the strings, etc. etc. Much, much easier to order them to fit, and just hang them up. Blinds.com gets an A++++++++++++ in my book. |

Delivery speed wasn't quite as fast as I had hoped, but they were responsive when I called to inquire about it and rectified the situation promptly. The product itself was attractive, appeared to be of good quality, and was easy to install. I would definitely purchase from them again.
