In terms of online merchants, I’d rate Blinds.com an A++
The website was easy to use, and I located what I wanted quickly. Plus the pricing is excellent. I called the customer service representative to place my order, and she was extremely kind and patient through all of my questions, even though I had to change my information and sizes a few times. She was very thorough and detailed, and made sure to review every size and color with me.

I received the blinds sooner than expected and they look beautiful. I have one room that faces the sun and wanted to make that room the media room. Since installing my blinds, I’ve noticed a change in temperature (much cooler), and the light coverage is great – I can actually watch TV facing my windows now!

I especially liked the online video-installation. I was able to install them by myself, thanks to the videos (and I'm not exactly "handy")


You kind of wonder what the service will be like from an online company (is this site legitimate, what if I have a problem, etc?) and I really felt my experience was superb. If someone is in need of blinds, I would definitely recommend Blinds.com.
