I purchased 16 Blinds.com light filtering honeycomb shades for my new home in San Diego. After watching one of their videos which said these could lower our cooling bill we went ahead and bought, even though we were VERY wary about making such a big purchase over the Internet. I am very busy and I have three kids. I really don't have time to go to a store during the week, but I was scared. So I called their customer service hot-line, and let me tell you... I have never experienced a nicer, more helpful customer service department in my years of on-line shopping. The first person who helped me stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour while I picked out colors for each room and double and triple checked my measurements. She assured me that if something went wrong, she'd take care of me.

Right on time, they were delivered to my home, each box labeled with the correct room where each shade would be hung, each in the correct color I had chosen and with the features I'd selected. My teenage son and my husband hung ALL of them in under an hour with the help of the installation videos we found on their site. It could not have been easier.

I read some of the negative reviews here before I bought, but on the advice of friends who'd had great experiences, I decided to go ahead with my purchase. Not only did we save a TON of money (compared to what other sites were charging) but they've gained a customer for life based on how I was treated and the peace of mind I got from working with a company that really cares about its customers.

I am sending all my friends and family to Blinds.com because I'm confident they'll have the same experience I had.
