I was looking for fauxwood blinds for my home and had a local company come out and do an estimate. For 10 windows the price was almost 1400. We wanted simple white fauxwood blinds without anything fancy. I could see any real difference between the economy or the regular fauxwood blinds so I called their customer service. The customer service was very helpful and let me know that the regular blinds have more options (that we were not interested in) and more color choices and help us to decided on the economy blinds would work great for us. The total on the blinds was only $455. We were a little nervous about what the quality of the blinds would be like especially since the price was so much lower than the local company.

The blinds came 9 days after we ordered them and were much better quality then we had expected. The blinds may actually be nicer than the ones we were looking at from the local business. I had expected light weight poor quality blinds but got heavy, nice quality blinds, that look beautiful.

The only thing that we had an issue with was that like other reviewers mentioned was that we do feel like we are going to pull the blinds out of the wall whenever we had used the lift mechanism. However, we do not intend on lifting and releasing the blinds very much so this shouldn't really be too much of a problem. The tilter cord works great.

Overall, we were very satisfied with out purchase. We paid less about 1/3 of what the local company wanted for what I believe are better quality blinds. Order was easy and we received the blinds quickly.
