I originally ordered 27" blinds, but accidentally ordered outside mount when I needed inside mount. Fine, my mistake. Since they are custom cut, I really can't send them back so I decided to keep them and re-order what I needed. So I called back and spoke to a customer service agent. I asked if I could get the same 27" blinds, but instead inside mount. She said fine, went through the order, done. Two weeks later, I receive the blinds and they are 22" inside mount, not even close. I call up again to speak to customer service and after an HOUR arguing on the phone, the best they will do is charge me ANOTHER 50% to send me the correct blinds, DESPITE THE FACT THEY WERE AT FAULT FOR SENDING THE WRONG ONES! I spoke to a normal agent and a managing agent, and they would not offer any other solution.
TERRIBLE experience. I am in a predicament because I need to get blinds that match the ones I already did order from them but I feel morally obligated to never give such a terrible company my business ever again.
Do yourself a favor and don't fall into my boat. Avoid them in the first place!
