The catalog has lots of wonderful merchandise. Our purchases were packed so there was no chance of breakage. Even though the dimensions were noted in the description, I feel as though the picture in the catalog make them appear to be bigger than they actually are. I still feel that I will be able to use them in the areas I had planned on, but maybe in the future, your pictures could also reflect size in relationship to something.

If your order is back ordered, the customer service is not that good. No one tells you your order is on back order or the expected date of delivery. I had on several occasions follow up and request this information, and one time I called and got a not so people person man who was short and annoyed to hear from me. Love shopping at Black Forest. Hate when they charge for items that are not in stock with a waiting time of 2 to 4 weeks. Would appreciate being notified on a timely basis about the out of stock items and their availability. All in all, Black Forest has great items and I will continue to shop there.

These guys really suck - they say the product is in stock and I have to wait for 4 to 6 weeks for some guy to make the stuff. At least tell the truth!
