Well so far, not a great experience. I have ordered this item and it was listed as in stock, as it still is listed. However, I have received and email saying that it is "Held for Cutting" which means "OUT OF STOCK". Please hold these companies to their word. If it is out of stock then just say it.
So, delivery speed - N/A, order accuracy - got that right, customer service - great considering it isn't their job to do the ordering.

I have purchased a tech craft tv stand from these folks and love it. The tv stand came in excellent condition. I have received free shipped but they upgraded my order to 3 day air at no addition charge.

I bought a Plasma TV Stand from Bizarredeal.com few weeks back. Below is my experience:

Delivery speed : It took less than a week from date of order to deliver. The order was shipped but the website was not updated. I called customer service and they provided the tracking number for UPS and I was able to track the shipment. The website was also updated soon after that.

Order accuracy : Order was captured accurately and no additional selling was pushed.

Customer service : I called them once to check the status of shipement. Customer service was curtious and provided the tracking number and other details.

Overall satisfaction : I am very happy with the service as it was delivered on time and shipment came perfect.

I have purchased a Salamander A5B and love it! Salamander is almost impossible to find on the internet and is very over priced in retail stores. I am glad I found bizarredeal that carried this audio stand I have been wanting this stand but wasn’t willing to pay $600 in store. I have purchased a kidskraft item from bizarredeal on the 23rd and have received it on the 26th. I was surprised and amazed because according to the website it states my order will ship in 7-10 business days. That’s a week to a week and a half but I received my item in 3 days and love it!
