Do not order from this company!! I ordered a sling bookshelf.  I mistakenly ordered two.  My bank had called and told me I was charged twice. I emailed bizzaredeal and told them I only wanted one and was assured I had only ordered one.  It took two months to get one sling bookshelf.  I emailed my bank statement to Bizarredeal and was told by bizzaredeal that I had only been charged once.  Tell that to my bank.  I thought I finally had gotten through when Jennifer Thomson from sales told me I would be refunded but the refund never came, and they never sent my second bookshelf.  I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.  This is a Bizarro Deal!!  Do not order from these people.

I ordered a table on 9/15/2008, and my credit card was charged promptly. Two weeks passed and my order was not being processed ("To Be Shipped" was the status on their web site). I canceled the order was notified that I would be issued a refund. It has been 1.5 months since my order was canceled and I have not received a refund. I have e-mailed their customer service a total of 10 times and have not received a response. Based on my experience I cannot recommend doing business with BizarreDeal.com

I purchased a table from BizarreDeal.com and it arrived damaged.

I called them FOUR times and no one ever picked up the phone. So I left FOUR voicemails and FOUR emails (to both their sales and customer service email addresses) throughout the week asking for assistance.

No one ever returned a phone call or responded to an email.

I am now stuck with a defective table, and I'm out $600.

I bought a Prepac EBX-4105 from bizarredeal. I was really impressed the most by customer service contacting me upon order placement to confirm that it was actually me and no one with access to my account who had placed the order. Customer service upgraded my shipping to 2 day air due to the delay in confirmation of order and I received my product on time. They also called to confirm I had received it. I ordered three items, the two of them arrived within the promised time frame, the last item however I have yet to see, I have contacted costumer service several times, by email and phone -there's a long wait on the phone and they only reply to emails every 3-5 days. I did also buy a "buysafe" bond (not sure what it's worth) but I will contact Bizarredeal one last time and demand a tracking number, if they can not provide me with one I will demand the transaction cancelled and I will put "buysafe" on their a*. DO NOT shop at Bizarredeal. Use Amazon, even if you have to pay 10-20$ more, at least you will receive your merchandise.

Terrible deal! Customer service is hard to get a hold of, item wasn't in stock when they said it was, had to cancel order and then was charged 10% restocking fee when it was their fault! Couldn't speak with a manager...had to email customer service and hope that it gets to a manager! Will stick with Amazon next time!

I ordered a bedroom set but one of the items is discontinued but its ok because they have so many items to choose from that it’s no hassle choosing something that would match the set I have purchased. They are very prompt with there responses and issued credit for the discontinued item. I am upset that I couldn’t receive the matching dresser but its ok. Thanks anyway I will shop around and see if I can’t find it elsewhere. If not I seen another dresser on bizarredeal by a different manufacturer that is similar.

I moved in to my new apt but could not find any furniture I liked at the price I could have afforded until I found bizarredeal. I have placed 7 orders with them since last Christmas and my last order on the 23rd and received it yesterday in the same great condition as the rest. They have some beautiful items, defiantly great selection and I am a super freak about over paying so I shopped around and they are indeed the lowest in price on all items. I have purchased a Bush and Tech craft item from bizarredeal.com. I am a Canadian and free shipping only applies to US. I tried to test there system and see if they catch my order. I called to check on my order 3 days later and was told it was canceled and I will see my refund in 2-3 business days. I try to outsmart bizarredeal but guess it did not work. I am upset that I can not get free shipping but I understand that custom fees and my packages would have to be aired out to me, so I guess ok. I will look around and see if I can slick someone else if not then I will come back and pay the extra shipping. Bizarredeal is one of the few websites that accually ships to Canada by the way. Thank you and we will see if I can find those items for free shipping to Canada.

One of the best shopping experiences, I have ever had! I was a little scared from buying online but, I decided to give me a try and it worked out great! bizarredeal has deffinatly changed my mind about online buying. There policy is the price you see is the price you pay and it really is true! My product actually arrived a bit damaged but I understand that things happen and everyone is human. Also with todays technology mijprity of the things are automated and are done by machinery. I noted the damage on the waybill and when I called them they sent me out another product free of charge with out any hassle. I received the replacement a lot sooner than the original shipment in perfect 150% condition. I am very glad I have purchased from bizarre deal, so I have to give this company two thumbs up! Just want to share my excellent experience that I have received from bizarredeal. I have purchased a prepac storage bed from bizarredeal on the 2nd of april and received it on the 4th in perfect condition. I called prior to placing an order asking the usual question I ask before placing any order online and spoke to a sale person named Jeniffer Thomson. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She also gave me tips on how simply it would be to assemble the item. She was absolutely correct it is the simplest thing I have put together. Me being a average female, I usually get stuck putting things together but this bed I put together by myself in an hour. Bottom line thank you bizarredeal, Jennifer Thomson and Prepac I loe my new bed and enjoy it very much everyday! I will defiantly recommend bizarredeal to all my friends, neighbors, and family. I will also be back to purchase the matching headboard and nightstand.
