I recently ordered 2 office chairs from the "company". I received them promptly (with in 2 days) and assembled one of the chairs. When i put it together it was awful - Great quality for the $479. that I spend on both of the chairs. I contacted them via email. About 5 days later I get an email back saying that they would charge me restocking and shipping charges. I sent an email back and stated that I did not beleive I should pay restocking on the the ite but I understood about the shipping. So I waited a few days later they sent me an email saying that they were going to charge me 25% restocking fee $133 in shipping fees to return the chairs (this was shipping from their location to my home. These were shipped ground from a local area - the actual price should have been $20 each for shipping. They responded that the chiars were actually shipped from Canada and rerouted in my local area. I guess they shipped it overnight to my local location... or did they lie? Hm I know what I think. They would not issue an RMA number until I agreed to the charges. Which i will not. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy from them.... there are alot of really great internet companies out there... I am just really sorry I did not buy from them. I hoipe the company goes down... they are not what being in business is about... STAY AWAY FROM THEM... as another reviewer said buy from Amazon... really anyone that has a real proven track record. I saw on another site that someone suggested that they create their own reviews... so that is where the positive comes come from?
