I bought a lamp from Bizarredeal.com and I had a lot of trouble finding this item anywhere. When I called in to place my order, the sales person did inform me that they had a very limited quantity left, but would inform me if I wasn’t allocated for immediate shipping. A few days after my order was placed, Bizrredeal.com called me to inform me that the item is on backorder but that I would receive it as soon as it comes back into stock. I called the manufacturer to verify this information, and they confirmed every word. I would have waited on the lamp, but I needed it urgently so I had no choice but to cancel my order. On the bright side, Bizarredeal did not hesitate to refund me the full amount immediately. Although they were able to provide me the product I wanted right away, I understand that it’s not their fault. The manufacturer was backordered with these items and after I cancelled my order with Bizarredeal, I still couldn’t find one anywhere else. I like the fact that Bizarredeal.com was honest with me to begin with, and they gave me options. I felt like I had full control over the order and they have done everything they can to help me. Overall, I would say that although I didn’t get the product, the service as remarkable. I will definitely come back to shop again!!!
