I didn't read their return policy. I still haven't. I was told what it was when I called to return the stool. The stool cost $40 shipping free. The wheels on this stool won't work on hardwood floor. To use it would scratch my floors. I couldn't use it as I have all hardwood floors. It told no where in their online ad about the wheels only suitable for carpeting. After I put the chair together I couldn't dissasemble it into the small box because 3 parts wouldn't disengage. My options were to put in a larger box. I was told I would have to pay the return delivery and restocking fees. That would put me out a lot of money. I wanted to exchange it for a Brewer's Exam chair advertised shipping free, but because it was being done on an exchange they wanted me to also pay shipping for this new stool anyway plus the shipping and re-stocking on the tractor seat stool I needed to return. After I tallied my losses up I didn't order an exchange stool and after I found out my return delivery costs and their re-stocking charge and if they chose to if they tought anything was wrong with the returned stool they would give me no money back and keep the stool on the stool I needed to return. Even if they have good products and initial delivery it isn't worth the risk ordering or doing business with them. I will never order fom them or any online store that has these kind of return pollicies on problem merchandise. I think it is their fault I ordered this stool because they should have advertised the wheels were only suitable for carpeted floors. I never learned that from them. I learned that from researching furniture casters when I didn't understand why they wouldn't roll. I didn't understand why the wheels wouldn't roll and whey they scratched my nice floors. I am giving the tractor stool to a friend with carpeting. I am out $40 and no stool. I ordered another stool from another vendor with a complete satisfaction guaranteed return policy. So I paid BizChair $40 for a stool I couldn't keep and couldn't return without unreasonable financial punishment.

Don't shop at BizChair! My order was a month late. When it arrived, one of the heavy bookshelves I ordered was poorly made and I asked for 1) repair or 2) a small discount of $100 (the order was nearly $2000!) to get the repair done in my own home town. The customer service rep said that they would pick up the item, but because I have a porch and stairs, they said that their shipper would not come up to get the item, that I needed to take it down the stairs myself, costing me time from work and money to pay someone to help me take the large shelf down. When I refused to do that, they told me they were finished with my case. When something is your fault, you should own up to it and take responsibility. I wasn't asking for much and they refused even that. I will never, ever do business with this company again.

Bizchair only accepts returns on chairs. They do not take back any other items that they sell.
I admit it was my fault for not fully investigating their policy prior to purchase. However, the mouse platform I purchased, did not state in the description that it would only fit one size desk. No where in the description was this stated. Since this item is typically of the adjustable type, and nothing different was stated in the description, I wrongly assumed it to be adjustable. So BUYER BEWARE - make sure there is no chance you will need a return. This return policy was copied off of their website: All Other Items -- Bizchair.com's 60 day return policy only applies to office chairs. Under no circumstances will Bizchair.com take any item other than an office chair back. If a manufacturer has a written return policy or agrees to take an item/s back then the customer can send the applicable product back to that factory but is responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions. |

The leather in the chair was better quality than I had expected, but the chair is very short from the sitting to point to where you head goes. It's not comfortable for a medium to tall adult.
It was difficult to make a purchase of furniture online without trying it out first, and I won't do that again. They don't allow returns of this kind of merchandise.

On May 14th, I was told my order (placed on May 1) would not be filled until August (emailed from Will Taliaferro). On May 16th, I opted to cancel the order. On May 17th Mr. Taliaferro replied to let me know my order was canceled and refund was "processing". Since then, I have still not received the refund and three more emails sent to Mr. Taliaferro in regards to why it was taking so long (two weeks as of May 31), have gone unanswered. He has read them, since I do receive a read receipt, but he has not responded. How long does it take to process a refund?
As of today, June 1, I still have not received the refund, though I finally got some answers through a different customer service contact. Accounting had the refund information but decided to hold off on the processing until AFTER their week-long vacation. Per the new contact, the refund was issued yesterday (May 31) and should be completed today, "This will depend on how long it takes for them to do their paperwork". Funny how it only took them a day to take my money.
The prices offer and the shipping charges were rated on what MIGHT have been, since Biz Chair is not capable of providing the item ordered in a reasonable time, I'll never know if the item was as stated.
I will not do business with this company again and it would be my recommendation for Yahoo to break ties, and for anybody else to avoid.

The shipping box was in bad shape but chair was ok. Chair did not have assembly instructions but wasn't to hard to put togeather. I still havn't figured out why the chair arms swivel. Overall the chair has excellent constuction and is confortable to sit and recline in.

Found what I wanted.
I expected to have to wait several weeks for the chairs, but had the chairs in a little over a week.
Company and truck driver communicated with me on time of delivery so I could be there and not have to wait all day.
Truck driver was wonderful.

Never again... I had two terrible experiences with Biz Chair, and I've learned my lesson. Our first order was for 100 stack chairs for our organization for a very important sporting event. I was told that the chairs would arrive before the tournament

I received the chair that I ordered somewhat later than expected, but was not a problem. Unfortunately though, I have still not received my desk. When I called bizchair, the response was that the company that was suppose to ship the desk out wasn't able to because Fed-Ex refused to ship their products. The reason for Fed-Ex not shipping the product was because the company had not been paying Fed-Ex. I don't understand what exactly is going on but It's quite inconvenient for me.
