I certainly should have come here to read the reviews before I ordered from BizChair. The website said trusted site and had some other icon that seemed it was well reviewed, so I went ahead and ordered from them. I ordered a laptop caddy that had to be assembled. There was a problem with one of the brackets, and they said they would send out a new part. That was fine. Another problem was the desktop of the caddy wouldn't tighten. It was supposed to be a tilt type table, but it wouldn't tighten, so that the desktop would fall down toward your lap. I spent a lot of time trying to fix it myself to no avail. I then sent emails, long distance phone calls were made back and forth with no answers forthcoming. I said I just wanted to return it. They said not without a restocking fee and shipping charges billed to me because if they can send a replacement part, it's fixable. One month later, much frustration and no concrete answers, I'm still waiting to find out what can help tighten my laptop caddy so the laptop doesn't fall in my lap! I have sent an e-mail to the CEO. Maybe that will help, but it shouldn't have to be that difficult to get an issue resolved.
UPDATE! It is March 21st and I finally got a full credit, and did not have to return the damaged merchandise. This occurred after I sent a total of 3 emails to the CEO, opened a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and of course more long distance calls back and forth. I'm satisfied now, but it was way too much work. I keep the original rating I have on them.
