I was searching for Halloween costumes for me and my daughter when I came across a catalog for costume express. I was intrigued by the selection they offered so I placed an order online. My costume came in and contrary to the sizing charts did not fit at all. I then initiated a return on the website in the beginning of September. The end of September came and I still had not received my refund. I called them to be brushed off and told that I had not given them enough time to process my return. I called back 2 weeks later because I still had not received my credit. I was put on hold forever and given the run around and was told that they had not received it and that I needed to give them the tracking number before they would even search for it in their warehouse. I was very upset. I called back again a couple of weeks later and I was told the same thing, this time being the end of October when I called. I had made sure everything was done preciously as they told me to when I made the return and now they were denying they received it and it's November. I am in the process of making a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back, but I will have to wait and see how that turns out. I wish I had either a: never shopped there or b: once making the mistake of shopping there not returned the items because at least then I could have possibly given them away to a friend or sold them. I wish I had read the reviews on this place before making the mistake of purchasing something from them.
