I haven't received the product to know the quality yet. If the quality is good when I receive the product, I would use again. The website was easy to use and I had no problems. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

It's hard to fully rate them yet. Item was ordered and paid for, but it wasn't until an email came that notified me that the item was not available. This bit of information should have been made available before purchase was completed. I've had to shop elsewhere having lost mailing time due to Christmas mailing rush.

Apparently the item I ordered was out of stock, and they didn't receive their shipment until 2 weeks after I placed the order. It would have been nice to receive an email notifying me of the delay. When I emailed customer service regarding delivery, I received a prompt email explaining the circumstances. I was happy with the product when I did get it.

My experience would have been better but the invoice that I received looked like I should expect everything yet I only received 2 of the 3 items that I ordered and I am still unsure what happened to the 3rd item.

Checked on order December 18 and was told item was to be received that day and then shipped. On December 26 received e-mail stating item is still pending from manufacturer and would not be available until sometime in January.

Even though I errantly ordered the incorrect items, Matt at Biggsports happily returned my money once I shipped the merchandise back to him. I will consider doing business with this company again when the need arises

Three days after I ordered the bobble head Biggsports e-mailed me to tell me they were out of this product.

the shorter the time for shipping and handling is better as they already hv stock anyway, good customer service before received money i hope i can receive the order in these few days

my experience was great the only problem was i ordered and item that they did not send and did not explain why i did not recive it. i was not charged for the item that i did not recieve but would have liked an explanation why i could not get that product thanks
