When I put together my blaze bowflex I realized at the very end that the handles were missing to the machine. They were suppose to be welded to the bar, but weren't there! I had to call and get the bar with the handles sent to me & now have to take almost the entire machine apart (90%) to put the new bar and handles back on, when they get here. I called the wrong vendor to track my order and my experience was terrible. Once I made the right contact I was pleased with the customer service I received. AOL placed my tracking email in the spam folder therefore I wasn't sure of shipping info which is why I had to contact the vendor to begin with. Excellent Service!

This experience has been a complete disaster. They were quick to take my money, however they could care less if I receive my items. I placed my order on 06/30/07. It supposedly left their warehouse on 07/05/07. Here it is 07/22/07 and I have still NOT RECEIVED the merchandise I ordered. I have attempted to contact Big Fitness and there has been no response.

I ordered one 6" weight belt, advertised on your web site. I was notified that it was back ordered. I was then notified that the 6" weight belt I ordered was not available and I could be sent a 4" belt at that price or accept an alternate 6" belt at a much higher price. I canceled the order.

I ordered a Powertec Power Rack from BigFitness' online store, but never received any kind of order confirmation. I contacted their 'customer service' to see if there were any issues, and was told that the item was back-ordered for 2-3 weeks.

I was then told they had just sent an email to my account. I gave them my email address and asked if it was the one they had sent the email to; only to be told "I don't know, what ever email you gave us."

Horrible service... I'd recommend saving yourself the time and choosing another store.

items were described as sets of 2-10 lb ankle weights...but they were sets of 2-5 lb weights (total weight 10 lbs). Technically correct I guess, but they were not what I wanted, and I felt they were not described accurately. If I only wanted 5 lb weights, I could have found them much cheaper elsewhere, and the stated price was quite good for 10 lb weights.

Nice selection of equipment. however, it's been close to a month since ordering and i have still not received the item or any meaningful notification as to when it will arrive. i did receive an e-mail saying the product will ship in 4-7 days, but that was weeks ago. i've e-mailed them but have heard nothing back yet.

I ordered a 75cm fitness ball, decent price. It was shipped quickly, but seemed really small. Measuring the circumference and doing some math showed that it was around 61cm. The box stated that it was 75cm - same said box was crushed all to hell. No surprise, when the outside box was also crushed - do they just walk on their inventory?

I'm still fighting with a "General Manager" to get my money back. I have an RMA number after about a week, but no indication that the shipping will reimbursed.

These guys are the biggest ripoff in the fitness equipment selling industry. Any research will show that their prices are higher than anyone's for the exact same merchandise. Their low price guarantee is a disgrace to honest business and American capitalism. These guys make me sick.

I purchased a caribou III system from Big Fitness. After they screwed up my order, they jacked the price up $300. good luck trying to get them to hold up to that "low-price guarantee"-it dosen't mean anything to them. The equipment is lousy and neither Big fitness,nor Yukon (the manufacturer) will hold up to any guarantee, warranty, promise, or return policy. So I f you want a $1,600 piece of garbage clogging up your home gym, shop big fitness!
