I was looking for specific items, and I typed them into the search engine on the website. I was shown different products that were similar, and I was able to make my decision with no problem.

This site has a great selection of out door play yards and accessories. The shipping time on your order depends on how they decide to ship it. If you have any questions though regarding your order, they have poor customer sevice if you try and call them. I left several messages that went unanswered. I finally received the products I purchased but if I had encountered a problem after the shipment was received, I don't know if I would have liked to have been ignored like I was before I receieved the items. One of the swings arrived damaged but I just called the company that drop shipped the item directly to resolve that issue.

i am overall happy except the product that is in the picture and the product are got are totally different colors...i wanted this car because it was dark burgandy this is just red...not happy at all.but toy express was good except npt to answer my email after i recieved the car

Ordering could not have been easier. Shipping is included in the item price, so you know what you are paying from the get go. No check out surprises. Shipping prices must be reasonable because the prices with shipping are quite good. My item was delivered very promptly. I would shop here again.

I thought it was great, especially having the tax and shipping included in the price made the shopping much easier. The package I ordered even got to my house a full two weeks before I even expected it to arrive, and it looks fantastic, there was no breakage during shipping at all. I always track my products and this was very difficult. I feel there should be an email sent when the item ships available with the carrier and tracking number, like every other company does. I don't have excel on my computer and your tracking page wouldn't open with microsoft word. I also don't like how you can read everyones tracking info. Now there is so much identity theft, you really need to just email the buyer with there tracking info.

We purchased a toy kitchen for Christmas, 1/2 of the product showed up prior to Christmas, the other 1/2... who knows where it is. Customer service went out of his way to help us, he even located a retail outlet in out city, contacted them and made sure they had what we were looking for, in stock! He was amazing. I was completely disappointed in the customer service of Big Toy Express. Express nothing!! I ordered the only toy my kids asked Santa for only to have it scheduled for delivery the day AFTER Christmas. I should have had plenty of time according to their shipping map schedule. But they took almost a week to even get the item to FedEx.
Needless to say I will never shop from this company again.

It was easy to order and they did a great job getting the packages to my home. Unfortunately it was raining and the delivery team left the packages in the rain. Luckily the toy was plastic and a little bit of cleaning while assembling took care of it.
