Our Granddaughter,age 14mths, justs loves the clubhouse.We like it also. Only suggestions would be to secure stools in kitchen area. Our little baby fell backwards the first time she sat on the stool. I secured them and all is fine now. Also, drilled rain drainage holes in step ladder. We just love the clubhouse and see many years of fun for our grandkids. Thank you for a great product, not to mention free shipping too. Most sites charge same price for product, plus, 100 to 300 dollars shipping. We are very happy with this product.

I found the website easy to navigate. Visually, I appreciated that it was clean, almost minimalist with very little "clutter". The website navigation setup is quite straighforward, which makes browsing the product selection a breeze. The prices are are good, especially considering that the price shown includes shipping in most, if not all cases. I recieved an order notification promptly upon checkout. I then recieved a shipping notification when the Kangaroo Climber shipped. It shipped within the stated timeframe (5-7 days) on the product page. Delivery arrived precisely on time (good job, FedEx!) much to the delight of my children. Thank you Big Toy Express for a stellar shopping experience! This was the first time I used this company and only the second time I have shopped on line. The site was very easy to navigate through and the delivery time was faster then I expected. The gift got to my grandson on time for his birthday even though I waited until the last minute. Have not had a chance to open the car bed yet, still finishing up painting the room. Anyway, I hope the bed is OK, the box had a tear in it when recieved and part of the bed is sticking out. The dresser is in pretty good shape, just a few scratches on the front and back, not real deep though. The toy chest seems to be in OK shape too. I would consider checking on the transport employees, appears that someone is NOT very careful with your products.

there was some confusion with an additional space for adding the phone number. i had to call to place the order, as i did not see where i was supposed to add the phone number, a second time. other than that, it was a good experience. i did make the phone call, the man that helped me was very patient and willing to hear my suggestion.

I was very pleased with your website, easy to use. I ordered, filled out the appropriate fields and when it came time to complete my order I was told it couldn't be delivered to the military base in Maryland. I had to contact my daughter and she had to find someone "on the outside" who would accept the package. She recieves packages frequently from UPS and FedEx. I really don't understand your policy.

purchased the naturally playful welcome home house and it is awesome! i definitely recommend buying this product...and i was very pleased with big toy express. I ordered the playhouse 9/10 and it shipped out on 9/11. I just received this house TODAY!! 9/17!!! They said it would take up to 3 weeks...talk about service. Not only was delivery great but its $50 to $100 cheaper than everyone else!!!!! If you are thinking about buying this house, buy it here at big toy express. The house it great. Easy to put together. We had it up in 30 minutes. You will need 2 people to help but its definitely worth the money.

I have already emailed complaint, there has been no response. tracking said the item shipped on 8/23. I just happened to call on 8/30/07 to 1-800 number and learned item had not ever shipped. travel 110 miles the next day to get item at Toy R Us for birthday on 9/1/07.
