I made a call on monday after I placed the order on saturday night in order to make sure I was to recieve all the parts I needed. I told the man on the phone I suspected that I would need to purchase two fittings, but had forgotten to add them to the order. He assured me that the fittings were included with the hoses. This was true for the beer hose, but not the air hose. That fitting is included with the tap, a part that I had not ordered. Eventually I made another order, paid more shipping and recieved it one week later. It was really an inconvienance since I was having a get together that I would have liked to have had the kegerator ready for. Bottom line is I found many kits online for around the same price, this being known it must be the service you rely on to help you make you judgement on where to shop. If the person that helped me doesn't know enough about the product to get me what I need on the first try, then I am sure there is a merchant that can.

Billing was immediate and not upon shipping like other similar firms. After 8 days and not having recieved the shipment, I contacted the shipping firm (Fed Exs). After 3 days of not hearing anything from them, I contacted your customer support to ask for some assistance. I was promised a return call within 24 hours. After another 2 days I re-contacted your customer support (Brian) who told me that the shipment had not been located by Fed Ex. I informed him that I had been in touch with Fed Ex as well and that they instructed me to have another refrigerator shipped out and for your company to file a claim with Fed Ex. Brian refused to do this. I was therefore stuck in the middle - lost merchandise from the shipper and an unwilling vendor to deal with for a new shipmnent. I then cancelled the purchase. At that point Brian hung up on me.
I will never order from you again and will insure that none of my friends and co-workers order from you as well.

The shopping was great and I have had nothing but a great experience with their cuastomer service department. The only trouble I have is with Fedex who mis-routed the shipment to Illinois, delaying the delivery and causing slight damage to the wine cellar due to extra handling. After contacting Beveragefactory and reporting the damage they ordered a replacement part for the wine cellar from the factory. I am waiting on the part but I am sure it will arrive soon. Great customer service. When I look to upgrade again Beveragefactory will be the first and probably only stop.
