Our purchase was on back order and we were immediately informed as to when we would receive it. We actually received it 2 days later than we were told but, it was no big deal. I called and asked for the person who left me the message to tell her we hadn't received our package. She was not available however, the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to help he was very professional, kind and coureteous! Thank You for making our shopping experience an easy one. My order was shipped to the wrong address. I sent a billing address and shipping address to the merchant at the time of the order. An order reply was sent with a combination of the 2 addresses. The merchant attempted to readdress during shipment. I had to contact the shipper (FEDEX) personally and the item was still deliverd to the wrong address over 10 days after promised delivery. Only the honesty of the person at the first address and their familiarity with me allowed me to recieve my merchandise, requiring a drive of 30 miles to get it. I will request to not use FEDEX again.

The Beverage Factory has great customer service! I purchased an Avanti 15" wine cooler that was problematic to say the least. After several attempts to obtain service from Avanti directly we contacted the Beverage Factory to see if they could assist in getting Avanti service to respond. Unfortunately, Avanti was as responsive to The Beverage Factory as they were to us. It should be noted, Avanti did contact us (finally). However, after speaking to Elizabeth in Customer Service, who was very persistent in following up with us, I informed her of my displeasure with Avanti and wanted to make other arrangements to fix the problem. It was clear Avanti was not going to satisfy my concerns with the unit...hindsight as it is, I should have purchased the Marvel 15" even though the cost is 2.5x that of the Avanti…”You get what you pay for.” The Beverage Factory agreed to RMA the unit some 60 days after purchase and will be shipping my Marvel promptly.

After receiving my order I noticed the beer tap handle was not part of the 6 step ordering process. This could have easily been added to the shopping cart if it would have been identified as not included during the selection process of custom ordering the other parts for the keg-er-a-tor kit. After writing a short email to customer service about the incident, I promptly received the handle valued at $3.00 for no additional charge nor a charge for shipping either. I hope the website accomodates this in the future. In the meantime great customer service.
