I will never buy from this company again.  Their web site informed me that my parts were in stock at the time of the order. After a while, I could not find a tracking number and called.  They said my order would be in shortly.  I called again in a few days and they said that it would be in shortly again.  They finally shipped the parts after many calls and emails.  They could have at least expedited the shipping.  I think their service stinks and that they have credibility issues.  I was not able to use my keg for a planned party! I would rather pay more for good service at another vendor.

There are a few issues: 1. the unit came with no instructions; I figured things out from a web site, but I did that on my own; nothing that came with this directed me to the correct site. 2. The unit did not come with a warrantee.

The product is very nice and I would shop again, the only problem I had was a scratch (1") on the surface of the product. It was not notice till it was opened (as a birthday gift) and the "new" owner did not want to return it for a replacement.

Product arrived without a problem but beware if you have to return it.  There are a lot fees if you don't return it in the original box etc and obtaining a return authorization number was more painful than it needed to be.  Customer Service isn't very good.

I purchased a vinotemp wine refrigerator from Beverage Factory online. The site said it was in stock and would ship within 3 business days. On the 6th business day I called and they said the manufacturer did not have that model in stock and they didn't know when the refrigerator would ship. Looking on the web site now, they still say they have it in stock. So, my first advice would be don't buy from Beverage Factory. If you can't find it anywhere else call them and make them look it up to see if it is in stock. Don't trust the web site.

i found the website easy to use, the product i ordered was on back order but i wasn't aware until i called about 2 weeks later to follow up. i don't recall receiving an email and no phone call to tell me about the delay, which would have made the shopping experience better.

Ordered cleaning equipment on the 1st of June.
They sent a email stating the item was backordered until the 15th of June.  Well ok.

Waited until the 14th of july and inquired again.
Was told it was shipping that day. It is now the 24th of July and no product.

There is no mention of the item being on backorder on the website.

Only order from here if you have EXTREME patience.

They just keep stringing you along. Never again....
