I placed my order on 11/21/11 and the order system said it was back ordered. The system gives NO INDICATION of when it is expected. I then emailed to ask when it is expected and was told 1-2 weeks...I emailed back saying the order was for a Christmas gift and to see if they could zone in a bit more on timing.. I did not hear from anyone so I emailed yet again several days later.. I was then told it is expected in MID JANUARY.... I am keeping my order JUST TO SEE IF THE ITEM EVER ARRIVES AND IF SO WHEN... AFTER THAT< I WILL NEXER USE THEM AGAIN>>>>they need to improve their order system to include an estimated ship date, LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE..

My wife bought me a top of the line, two tap, residential kegorator from the beverage factory made by Summit Appliances. I was elated when it arrived the day before Thanksgiving since I had brewed 10 gallons of organic beer to put in it for holiday

I ordered the BYOB 250 bottle wine storage unit. It was decribed online as a "KIT". I called bevearge factory and asked if the assembles the kit as I have no resources to doso. They told me it was delivered full assembled. I questioned the rep about the description and he repeated that it was delivered assembled that delivery was $300. I ordered the product on line and it was delivered the day befor thanksgiving- IN 9 BOXES> We were told that the boxed could be dropped in the foyer of our home or in our garage.
I called the company and was told that it was not assembles and that they would do nothing to help with the situation. They dismissive and unresponsive.I would NEVER order anything from Beverage Factory online again> |

When you pay with your debit card, they put a hold on the funds when the order is placed and then charge your card again when the order ships! Then they have the gall to blame your bank because it is "Whatever your bank policy is...sometimes holds are cleared in 4 days and sometimes more". Really!!???? I've ordered online and never been charged twice!!

I received a lower priced regulator than the one I ordered but was charged the higher price. I called and was told the regulator that I ordered was on back order for greater than 2 months and I could send the one back that I received or get a price adjustment. I took the price adjustment and received a credit to my credit card. The regulator on back order is still listed on their website.

The CS woman was nice, but I never heard that someone had to be present for the delivery. If I had heard, I would have postponed the shipment till summer when my spouse (a teacher) would have been home. The offer of a Sat delivery was finally extended and all was well. The instructions had very little to do with what I received however. There was nothing in the instruction for installing a 3 tap key. I still donât know how to attach the splitter. The regulator had to be stuffed in sideways so I canât see the gages. One of the corney kegs leaks gas.

There was "slag" or a "burr" in the right front thread where the front wheel screws into. This prevented the wheel from fitting into its proper place and is now resting on 3 wheels and a brick. I will have to repair this fault myself. the customer service rebated me 75.00 to my satifaction. thank you.

For whatever reason, they couldn't fill my order. Something to do with my credit card, but I bought another item on another site the same night and there wasn't an issue. I didn't feel like going through the hassle of calling them because the email I got said simple "an error billing your card" which doesn't really tell me anything, and what? now I am suppose to call them, spend more of my time going through the silly phone system just so they can confirm my 15 dollar purchase? naw, too much trouble for what I ordered.
