5 days ago I notified them that they are shipping the wrong CD! I have emailed twice I get no response. The phone number listed on their web site is not in service. I am planning to refuse shipment and contact the credit card company, unless I hear from the first.

i found betamonline.com a very well stocked store and selling goods at cheaper prices than other stores on ebay and elsewhere. shipments were always on time and goods were always well packed. i would recommend betamonline.com store to all music and film lovers. george damato

I purchased a cd album online from this store.  One of the cds arrived broken.  In attempting to return the defective album I had a great deal of trouble getting any response or cooperation from the store.  I returned the album (at my own expense) some weeks ago; so far no acknowledgement of any kind.  I expect to turn the matter over to PayPal for resolution.  There may be a language problem.  In any event my advice is, don't buy from this outfit.

At first I was pleased w/my shopping experience then came the first delay (04/06/09), then the second 4/13/09. I feel that I should have paid the extra $2.00 to $3.00 on other sites for the same product and would have rec'd it like the other two cd's I've purchased on different sites that I rec'd in timely fashion.

first of all i like this website because this internet shop is really well stocked. i also like this website because it has very competitive prices compared to amazon and most ebay stores. although recently they slightly increased shipping charges, i still think they are very reasonable. sometimes some items take longer than usual to arrive, but that i can understand because of course they depend on other suppliers.
