Customer service was beyond rude and not honest.  Refered to item as "in stock" several times.  Later found out the item was "in stock" at the manufacterer and not at Best Wishes.  When I requested a refund, the relpy was "fine" and click.  I have NEVER been hung up on by a company I tried to do business with before.  Take your money elsewhere.    I would not shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer Service: On-Time Delivery:

I ordered the 2 pieces of Lenox ovenwear before the holidays and thought they would be shipped in time for the holidays. There was no indication when I placed the order that they were out of stock and it would take 10-12 weeks before they were shipped. To date I have not received my order. HORRIBLE! I ordered something a month in advance to give as a gift and was told after I contacted them that there was no way it would arrive on time even though I still have a week left before the event. They told me there was nothing they could do and were actually pretty rude about it, almost as if they were irratated with me. There was no communication on their part as to what was going on. This morning I placed an order over the phone with Katherine. She was friendly and very helpful, and took the time to look for some specific ornaments that I was having trouble finding online. They applied the online discounts ($10 off, and Free Shipping) to my phone order withut hesitation, and even asked me if I would like complimentary gift wrap for any of the items. Merchant's employee called me about order due to product being unavailable. She was not familiar with the other products I was interested in purchasing. It was very frustrating to not have my questions answered and not have a photo on the web page to reference. It took longer than I expected to receive my order, but it didn't matter since I was not in a hurry. I thought the order didn't close since I didn't remember receiving an e-mail confirmation, so I duplicated the order and a day later the dishes arrived.
