one frustration I repeatedly have is the lack of associates on the sales floor, regardless of the time of day/week I visit Best Buy. Quite frankly, if I need to make a purchase that I know I'll need help with, I DO NOT go to Best Buy, because I've gotten tired of looking for someone to help me. It doesn't matter which Best Buy I go to, this has been the issue in almost every store, with the exception of Princeton, NJ, which generally seems to have more sales associates than other stores I've visited, but is always much busier as well.
This time, I ordered the item I needed ahead of time, and picked it up within the 7 day timeframe, frankly b/c I did not expect the store closest to me to have anyone on the sales floor to assist me.

Best Buy has always been a store that we go to when we need any type of music or movies, cameras, computers,.....they always seem to have the right prices and right merchandise. The customer service has been a huge plus in dealing with this company also. Every employee that we ever came in contact with, always seemed to have been well trained and is always very professional!!! We will continue being a loyal customer. Chris Armile

I purchased the World of Warcraft Battle Chest online at BestBuy.com and chose to pick up the item at my local Best Buy store. The entire process proceeded smoothly and without any issues. The customer service individual who assisted me was helpful and polite, so I'll definitely use Best Buy's pick-up option again in the future. This was a great experience all around!

I have never had a horrible experience with Best Buy. If there is ever something wrong, they go out of their way to make it right. This order was right the first time and the quality of the product is good. I used the customer reviews on their website to research which chair was best liked and I picked the favorite. I'm sitting on it now and it is super comfortable.
