I purchased a wide screen TV from Best Buy online. Shortly after it was delivered, I found that there was damage to the front panel. I have been on the phone with customer service 5 times over the past 2 weeks. Each time, after being on hold for about 20 minutes, I am told that someone will contact me in the next 24 to 48 hrs. to arrange an exchange. They never call back. I have asked to speak to a supervisor several times, but they will not connect you to one. I finally resorted to contacting the bank to dispute the charge. Maybe they will have more luck. I will never do business with Best Buy again.

Best Buy had a factory refurbished unit, cost 50% more than the one we bought from CompUSA 2 months ago, but still about 1/3 of a new one, and arrived in time to wrap as Xmas gift.

I ordered online for in-store pickup. Best Buy has competitive prices and a good selection. I arrived at the store to a long line at customer service. My items were not behind the unorganized counter, inventory did not respond to the clerk and the items were pulled from the floor. I will shop BestBuy again, but not for in-store pickup.

I shop with this merchant all the time online until my free shipping expires in 2/2010. I will go back to in-store shopping when that happens. I usually do not have any problems with Best Buy. I am currently a Silver Premiere Rewards Member for spending over $2500 in 2008 on a home theater system and more. The products for this order are pre- ordered and are to be released in early Jauuary.....

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't told that the item was not in stock at the time of purchase. And I couldn't find the status of my order online--it kept telling me that my last name did not match the order number, so I called Best Buy, and the person could not tell me anything. So I went into the store, bought the laptop in the store, but was told at the checkout I could cancel my online order at customer service. But when I got to customer service, they told me they could not cancel an online order unless it was being shipped to the store. everywhere I turned, I ran into an obstacle.

I ordered this item online. The only problem I had with the service was the wait time at the Customer Center where I had to pick up the product. They were understaffed with only one clerk there and the wait was WAY TOO LONG. Once I was waited on the clerk was very pleasant.

I was ready to send it back, but he said he could get the gift card for me. What a nightmare for the people working there taking all these calls bcause what was advertised wasn't really what you got.

HORRIBLE! I purchased an item and received a confirmation and ETA for the gift. The following day, I recieved a "cancelled" email FOR NO REASON. My account was charged and still remains to be charged to this day. I've called several times, sitting on the customer service line for 15-20 minutes for their lines to just hang up. I also am still awaiting an email reply to my inquiry about the subject of my cancelled order and why my account was still charged.
HORRIBLE!

My gift was supposed to ship to store, I was notified it wasn't available at the store and if I called customer service I could change to ship to home. I waited 29 minutes on the phone for an agent who was nice and set up ship to home. The next day I got an email saying that my purchase was on back order 1-2 wks. Now I won't have it by Christmas and have to start shopping again. It was a scam to sell a product cheaply that wasn't in stock and try to force me to buy a more expensive item. I will never shop BestBuy again.
