I ordered this item online. The only problem I had with the service was the wait time at the Customer Center where I had to pick up the product. They were understaffed with only one clerk there and the wait was WAY TOO LONG. Once I was waited on the clerk was very pleasant.

shopping for the product was fine. Getting the right product delivered to the house is a different story. People filling the order should pay more attention to what is ordered and what they ship. I'm missing half of the gift cards that I purchase.
I had to call the best buy twice to get them to send me the 2nd half of my cards. Still didn't receive them.

I got the Ipod, but I did not get my gift card that was supposed to go with it. I called to find out what happened. The man said I had to do something extra on the computer to get the gift card. I was ready to send it back, but he said he could get the gift card for me. What a nightmare for the people working there taking all these calls bcause what was advertised wasn't really what you got.

HORRIBLE! I purchased an item and received a confirmation and ETA for the gift. The following day, I recieved a "cancelled" email FOR NO REASON. My account was charged and still remains to be charged to this day. I've called several times, sitting on the customer service line for 15-20 minutes for their lines to just hang up. I also am still awaiting an email reply to my inquiry about the subject of my cancelled order and why my account was still charged.
HORRIBLE!

Your wait time on the telephone was HORRIFIC - 43 minutes to be exact (I was initially told it would be 20 minutes!). PLUS...there were "lag" times, no music, no noise...so you weren't even sure if you were still connected (of which one time, I did hang up only to be back at the bottom of the list again!). Very frustrating! Customer service rep was WONDERFUL!! Wish that I could have merely sent an email requesting that the item be shipped (free) since that was my only request (the item wasn't in stock at our Best Buy as per on-line). Hope that helps -

I would place any future orders if any through the Okemos MI/East Lansing MI store only. I have only had bad experiences with the Lansing store. It doesn't matter if it is in computer repair or now ordering over the internet they don't seem to have it together very well, nor willing to help. But I was at Okemos/East Lansing the day after Thanksgiving and it was nuts and they kept it under control and did everything to help everyone with all kinds of questions and situations. Just a more helpful group of people.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. While a lot of people camped outside in the cold to take advantage of the Thanksgiving sales, I was able to place my order in the comfort of my own home, take advantage of the sale price, and save the hassle. I also saved on sales tax since the small town I live in is lower than the sales tax where I would had to buy in the store.

Everything went perfectly, I order the laptop online and received it within 5/days, it was delivered by UPS and required an actual signature. Thank goodness because UPS has become sloppy, recently they have been leaving packages on my doorstep, but Best Buys wanted an actual signature... hurray for Bestbuys!

Product was delivered on time, wewll packaged and in good condition. This is not our first online order from this merchant and all previous orders have gone just as well.

The shopping experience was excellent. The phase I didn't like was shipping the products separately. The party on the other end did not realize the product was coming in two shipments and they threw away important papers. In the future I would like the delivery company to leave documents on where the product can be picked up if no one is at home for the delivery.

the only thing I DID NOT LIKE was I ordered these items for my son with a credit card. We do not live in the same state. I wanted to save on shipping and let him pick it up at the store. On the LAST page, it says only the person with the credit card could pick it up!!!!!!! OMG! I was not physically there! Why didn't they mention that before the last page?????!!!!! I had to cancel the order and reorder and had to pay for big shipping fees, which had I known, I would not have ordered. They should say all the requirements before the last page, NOT ON the last page. I was so angry lol.

I ordered the DVD/CD package online and received a confirming email. Then, on the day of its release, I received an email noting that it was backordered for delivery via the mail, with no date certain of restocking. I called the 800# and although the person was very helpful, she could not give further info. When I tried to move it to a local store for in-person pick up, she said her access to that store showed 0 copies. I went to that store myself later in the day and they had easily 2 dozen copies on display. I bought one, and canceled the online order. So I got my product BUT it was not a good use of my time. You should have better tools available to the Customer Service side. For price and, more important, Exclusie Product that I care about, sure I'd shop there again. But bestbuy.com has a long way to go.
