The product just takes way too long shipping. Its likely that UPS is at fault, but I should have just bought the item at the store. I wasnt expecting for it to take so long for such a small and lightweight order. I have ordered heavy car parts from Iowa to Cali and received them in about three days. Its been eights days and I still havent received my order.

Great customer service. The only thing I didn't like was that when I received the Sunday ads on Saturday, I couldn't purchase the product Saturday evening and had to return to the store on Sunday morning even though it was far from home because the store closest to my home did not have the product in stock.

Overall went smooth. One glitch was the service contract was not listed on pick-up receipt resulting in my duplicating that purchase. I stopped back into the store to redeem a coupon I forgot to bring and customer service picked up on this error, saving me $200. Awsome.

I ordered online a Kodak printer/scanner/copier which, as a promotion, came with free ink and paper. I elected to order it for in-store pickup.
Upon my arrival, I was told that the store had no more ink, and could only give me the printer and paper [a refund for free ink would be pointless]. But the woman was more than accommodating and arranged for the free ink to be mailed to my home days later.
A bit of a bumpy ride, but in the end customer service made it right.
