I put in my order on December 29th. I had the wrong billing information and that was cleared up on the 6th. It says on the tracking that the package was billed or delivered on the 6th. I finally called to find out what was going on. I found out that they are all out of cameras and they did ask if I wanted a refund. But I really want the camera. So now it is the 17th and I still do not have the camera. I understand that these things happen. I do believe that someone should of contacted me to let me know that they are out of stock. I am really disappointed in this service and I will not use Best Price again.

BestPriceAudioVideo.com had one of the best prices (as well as free shipping) for the Canon Powershot SD200 digital camera I wanted for Christmas. I ordered the camera on a Friday night. I received an e-mail from them on Monday evening that the camera had been shipped. By Tuesday evening, I had the camera in my hands. It came factory sealed and everything was perfect. Their website was easy to navigate and I would buy from them again.

This order was received on time. I place it on Dec. 29th Christams and received it on Jan. 7th. Since it was during the holiday season I expected some delays, but perfectly satisfied. It came in brand new box and everything was there safe and sound. I have not had to follow up on anything as of yet, and hope not to! I have been very pleased.
