Ordered the TV on-line.According to the website the Tv was in stock. The next day I was informed that the item had been oversold and I would have to wait for the next shipment. This announcement was after I had already paid extra for two-day shipping. I was offered the chance to cancel my order and get my money back. For now I am waiting to see how long I will have to wait. I'm not happy.

I ordered the camera on Monday and received it on Thursday – with free shipping! However, I had a problem with the camera, apparently not anything to do with BestPriceAudioVideo’s packing or shipping. When I called BestPriceAudioVideo I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful customer service person who offered, upon receipt of the inoperative camera, to send a replacement back at no cost. When I explained that I needed the camera right away he suggested I use two-day air service that I got at a very favorable rate. I sent the inoperative camera back and a new one was shipped out the same day it arrived at BestPriceAudioVideo. Most importantly the new camera arrived in time to meet my deadline.
