Don't shop here, they'll waste your time, inventory inaccurate

So after browsing dozens of online store for the best price and deal on my Pentax DSLR, I decided to go with BestPrice Audio Video ( there's only 5 bucks difference on price ) since they're one of the few ones I saw that offers extended warranty on items. I finally finished my order transaction and received confirmation ID number. I was even told that my credit card have been charged already. Then, today one of their guy called me saying that my order was cancelled because they actually don't have the items anymore, meaning the inventory online that they used to have and sold to people magically disappeared and got pulled of by another customer who supposedly bought a lot of this item in bulk. Talking about customer service, and I called them asking why this happened, they said somebody didn't do his job doing the inventory well Hello, that's your whole company who didn't do your end part of the job. So I finally asked them why I didn't received any email about this happening, and they said that they figured that calling me and leaving a message on my phone that I don't always check is the best thing to do, like I'll just take somebody's word for it, I mean this is a business transaction, everyone would appreciate and deserve a hard copy email telling them about what happened then giving another cancellation number. But I guess they look at me as somebody who doesn't buy enough to be treated like that. Bottom lLine, this company doesn't deserve my Business if I'm not sure that my items will be there or not even though their website says its there.
