I ordered a camera from them on cyber Monday, and got it on Wed, and this is w/o upgrading deliver. The e-mails were sent with order conformation, and shipment info,  less then 3hr apart :), order was shipped out within a couple of hours.

Cannot comment on call-in customer service, but judging by online experience they are more organazied then Amazon, still waiting for them to fulfill order

BestPriceAudioVideo had a great price on the TV I wanted and it arrived in perfect condition.  The only hitch with my order was an inventory problem that resulted in a slight delay in shipping my order.  BestPriceAudioVideo's customer service was very apologetic and promised to take steps to make sure it wouldn't happen again.  It was definitely worth the small hassle to get such a great price on this TV.

"If you don't receive your package, it's not our problem, but the problem with USPS."-this is what I got from their customer service after waiting 16 business days after I placed the order. At the time when I'm writing this, I still haven't received my order yet. The girl at their customer service even showed attitude and never said sorry for this delay.

I highly recommend these guys! I ordered a Yamaha HTR-5930 receiver and it arrived in 4 business days = via ground shipping! 1. price. have similar price w/ abe, beach camera and buydig. I paid $585;

2. shipping. free and fast. I ordered on Monday 12/18 and received on Wednsday 12/20;

3. returning policy. one of best. go read and compare the fine print at websites;

4. business practice. honest. what you order is what you get. they don't fool around and delay the shipping by calling you for "confirmation, extended warranty or extra accessories..."

5. location. they have physical store for pickup and could be reached by tel, fax or email.

6. quality of product. brand new w/ sealed manuals, cables and installation disks.

I was concerned because at checkout the anticipated delivery date was listed as December 26th. Much to my delight, the camera was delivered on Wednesday, December 20th. I was looking for yamaha ns-ap9500 surround speaker package and found the price all others wanted was reasonable until the shipping was added. I then found the set at best price audio video online store for the lowest price and free shipping. The order shipped two days after I made the order and I received the package 5 days later. I got a conformation E-mail after I ordered and then one with a tracking number after it shipped.
Great prices, fast shipping that is free. can't beat it.

p.s. the speakers came in two boxes that were packed to withstand being dropped from a plane. they care about getting the product to you in excellent shape.

Not only did they have the lowest price and free shipping on the model I wanted, but they also were able to ship the unit to me within a couple of days of receiving my order. Very good merchant, I highly recommend them to others. I placed an order about noon Friday and they shipped it the same day, I then received my package the next Tuesday. Their price on a new model digital camera was great (Not the best out on the web)and the camera was available without any hassels to buy overpriced accesories. The order was placed via their 800 number and was delivered as prommised in an unopened true consumer box. Order tracking was avaialbe on-line and coonfirming e-mails were provided as well.

Purchased Samsung 6178 DLP 61" HDTV three weeks ago for football season. Stated delivery was 5 to 7 working days and it was delivered to my door on day 6.

BPAV was very professional, emailed when they said they would, answered calls, provided tracking number and saved me over $1200 against local Best Buy price. Reasonably priced 5 year warranty and free shipping made deal too good to pass up.

TV is absolutely amazing! Only comparable unit was the Sony but it has much larger frame and was $500 more. Latest DLP doesn't have rainbow and is bright enough for daylight viewing without problems.

Only complaint against TV is that the remote doesn't work with Scientific Atlanta cable boxes so you need two remotes. No complaints at all with Best Price Audio Video.

Oh geez, all I can say is you know the delivery service is phenomenal when you receive the product the EXACT day you called and asked if the product was shipped out yet. That was my experience - IN-credible, especially since I was a little skeptical about BPAV at first. Glad to know I had NOTHING to worry about. I received my TWO JBL E-80 speakers (each weighing in at 50 lbs) smoothly in perfect shape - no problems whatsoever!
While I had wished they had responded to my initial emails questioning the website - which they did not - I still, with a little hesitation decided to place the order based on POSITIVE reviews. They eventually did respond to emails but it was a little late. So, while customer service could have been improved I still could not recommend BPAV enough. It's evident enough that all they care about is delivering the product to you as effectively as possible.

I will DEFINITELY do business with BPAV in the future. This time, without hesitation.

The ordering was asy, the product is what I expected, BUT the shipping was UNACCEPTABLE: it took a week and the UPS tracking site info didn't change from the initial ("Payment info received"). I sent an email to the vendor, DIDN'T get any answers, but the tracking site started "living" and then later I received the product. UNACCEPTABLE DELIVERY TIME; UNACCEPTABLE NO-RESPONSE treatment from the seller!!! This was my FIRST and LAST experience with the seller.
