How refreshing to finally receive a product that is actually better than expected! I cringe everytime I have to place an order for anything sight unseen. The Panacea trellises (72" Bird and Leaf Off-White) are well made, good quality for the money and arrived super fast by Fedx ground, and shipping was free as order for (2) was over $75.  The Trumpet and Passion Flower vines look so lovely draped over these trellises. I've ordered several items from BestNest previously and was never dissapointed!  I always try to purchase locally first and found nothing even close to these.

Miserable company, bought a trellis which was not what we wanted, tried to return and then had my FREE shipping deducted from my credit card, plus had to pay to return trellis - so, $200 purchase cost me $150 and still no trellis - totally unacceptable and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company

We were not able to return merchandise for credit 40 days after purchase.  We did not expect money back but would have appreciated exchange, sealed the deal for no future business.  Customer service agent was kind enough to read to me 3 times that the return period was 30 days.  Wish I had read reviews first.

store is ok, and they have quite a large assortment of products, my problem is with the not in stock process, it clearly states, that we do not ship orders, until all items are in stock, this is a real pain when waiting only for a small portion of a rather large order, but once again, they do have quality procucts

I purchased a squirrel-proof bird feeder and it did arrive promptly.However, I was not pleased with the difficulty the birds had getting underneath the rain guard nor with the seed outlet.  I tried to return the bird feeder and got no satisfaction whatsoever from customer service.  I even spoke with a supervisor and, again, no help.  It really is a catch-22 with BestNest.If you try your product then it is considered "used" and they will not accept it back.  Every store I have EVER worked with always accept returns even when they know you used it briefly and it was not satisfactory.I would not recommend shopping at BestNest

We have been waiting two days for an order to arrive, which involves someone sitting at home. We were never sent an e-mail confirmation of the order. When we call, the customer service manager is not available and neither is anyone else in a supervisory position. The service people refuse to give us the names of any of the managers or even the president of the company.
Supposedly the package was delivered to a wrong address, and bestnest says that it will be delivered to us by end of day today. However, they don't know what time that is, and they refuse to call Fed Ex to find out. If we want to specify a separate address for delivery, then we have to pay bestnest $5 extra. All questions are answered with, "I can't tell you; that is company policy."
We will never order from them again.

Do not buy anything from Bestnest.com! I had an absolutely horrible time trying to return an item that didn't work for me. I spoke with several service reps and then the manager Jeremy who asked me "what is his incentive" to give me a refund? I said that the product doesn't work for me and it's basic customer service. He would not budge and I never got a refund. They call themselves christian merchants on the website - what a laugh. I'm sure Jeremy and his "christian" pals do a lot of bible studying. What a bunch of jerks.

I've ordered from BestNest twice now. I had an issue with my first order and I was very pleased on how they handled my problem. I had no problem getting through on the phone and the representative I spoke to over the phone seemed knowledgeable and helpful. My second order arrived in less than three days and packaged well. Will definitely continue purchasing from this vendor.
