No value, No integrity, No respect, Crooks!!!

Buyer Beware!!!! My order for three bird feeders came in box that was totally torn open with no packing material. One of the bird feeders was damaged due to the fact that there was nothing protecting the feeders from banging into each other during shipping. Had the box been packed properly, it wouldn't have been so likely to fall apart. In the past, when I have ordered items from other companies, and they arrived damaged, the company would graciously offer to pick the item up at their cost. Not bestnest.crooks...not only was I responsible for paying for the item to get back to them, they deducted the original "free shipping" from my refund. I now had to pay shipping back and forth for damaged merchandise. I even requested two more expensive feeders but that didn't matter to them. The claim that they work with values, integrity, and respect is laughable. I just wish I had visited The Better Business Bureau online, Complaints.com and Bizrate.com and read all the complaints against this company before I ordered anything. There are way too many people receiving damaged goods. If they had the values they mentioned, they would resolve their shipping problems and stop making money off of innocent customers.
