I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses, Arnette and Ralph. The Arnette's were in stock and shipped right away, but the Ralph's were on backorder. The Arnette's were received as advertised and the Ralph's shipped sooner than the ETA given by customer service. Good overall experience and I would order from them again.

item was supposed to be "available" but when I called - they were expecting it any day. Have not rec'd the merchandise yet. they were very nice on the phone and seemed concerned but that is of no help if they do not complete the transaction.

I ordered sunglasses  and got an email the next day saying that they were back ordered. I was guaranteed a shipping date for 10 days later, so I agreed to keep my order. I called back in about 2 weeks and was given another date, for about a week later. I was patient and called back and was given another shipping date. So that's 3 shipping dates, over a month later and no sunglasses. The sunglasses cost me about $25 less than retail. I don't feel the savings are worth it. Their manager upgraded my shipping to ups ground and not 2nd day, I hope they get here before I leave town. This has been an exasperating shopping experience.

They listed a set of frames online that they didn't have in stock and are no longer made. The website said they were in stock yet when I ordered them (they happily took my credit card information and invoiced me), I got an email message the next morning that they were back ordered. I had to call to get confirmation that they were never going to be able to fill my order. They fixed the problem and took the charge off my account, but it's a simple truth that you shouldn't take orders to sell inventory you don't have and worse couldn't even get. My recommendation to anyone wanting to order something they have online is to call and order it that way you get confirmation from someone over the phone that they actually have the item.

Excellent price, received in excellent condition, prescription lenses right on the mark, overall excellent transaction & WILL buy again from them. If anything they could simplify their free shipping (which is nice too for orders not needed immediately) & send just USPS Priority Mail, instead of their UPS which transfers the parcel into USPS. It would save time on shipping & possibly save them money on their free shipping.
