Uncomplicated ordering processes are very important to me. A login/password requirement was not forced opon me; I usually don't do repeat business with companies that require them. I emailed questions about the product before I made my purchase--and when I made my purchase--and neither were answered. As I mentioned before, I became aware of the answers by visiting other websites... This information, and the off-chance some of it was incorrect, led to my completing the purchase with BestBrandsClub. The only complaint I would have would be that I felt gouged by the shipping costs. The item cost itself was competitive with everything else on the internet. However 2 day shipping was $25 and I felt like that was expensive. However, the item showed up as promised, I ordered it on a Saturday night and received confirmation Monday morning that it had been shipped. The item arrived in a sealed, plastic-covered box. When I began to assemble the item, I noticed a piece of wood was cracked. I e-mailed the company. Marian responded within several hours (in the evening) and offered to ship a new item within a day. She also is arranging return of the defective item. Great response.
