I was concerned about the receipt of the parcel cause in Malta there was a postal strike. I sent an email twice to the merchant asking when they think that the parcel is expected to arrive. No one acknowledged my emails and obviously no one replied. On purchse, they sent me a tracking number which was never recognised the system. So, I had no means of knowing the status of my parcel.

I wouldn't shop here but only because they are a third party seller. I could have gone directly to the people they apparently sent the order to and ordered it from them.

Friendly customer service, all questions were answered in a timely manner. Fragile ornament was packaged well, other Radko ornaments had broken in shipping but this one was packed quite securely.
