The shopping experience was great; however, the vacuum was delivered with the packing soaking wet. It didn't appear that the vacuum was damaged but I contacted Best Vacuum to be sure they knew about it. They extended the warranty to 90 days which I thought was very nice.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The vacuum I wanted was easy to find and order. It was after hours when I ordered so it was shipped the next day. It arrived on time a week later (taking into account the July 4th weekend as well as the 2000 mile journey). UPS was not kind to the box, but the vacuum itself was fine and it works great. Overall, this was a great transaction. It would've been absolutely perfect had I known that the vacuum, which shipped directly in its original packaging, would be delivered without anyone present to receive it and be left sitting on my front porch on a day where no one happened to be home all day long.
