Went to walk-in store; item sold only online, so the sales person looked it up for me and I was abble to go online and quickly find and order the item when I got home.

It would have been nice to know that Best Buy uses shipping from UPS so that I could determine where I wanted item shipped. I had to reschedule it because of this.

As I stated in the survey yesterday, I received a message saying that there was a problem with the credit card I had used (which is impossible) and when I called the representative said that she had seen this happen before-when they authorize the credit card. I explained to her that I was quite familiar with how some companies do credit card authorizations and that if Best Buy tried to authorize this particular card for more than the amount that I owed ($10.81) that it would not go through, because I created a shop safe card due to the fact that I REFUSE to give my CVC code away on the back of my card and that businesses are not even supposed to ask for that anymore. So, this charge can be done for the amount of $10.81 but that is the most...so please tell whomever does the authorization that $10.81 is the amount to use, not $10.82, not $15.00, etc. I hope that was clear enough for these people because I would like to get the product I ordered when it is available to ship to me on 4/29/08-5/5/08. This has been already a very bothersome and trying event and I have lost great confidence in Best Buy at this point.

The original couterperson didnt have a clue & got kindof arrogant ("no the clock hasnt started!!") but after we got past her everyone was wonderful & took good care of us, even helping load this monster into my truck. THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR HELP!!

They saw us coming. My wife and I are seniors. The BEST BUY team is well trained to lie, I'm sorry to say. We bought a HDTV. They promised no interest for 18 months which in Best Buy language means 14% interest. They took advantage of us old folks. Shame on Best Buy. Plus they signed us up for an insurance policy without our knowledge. My advice is if you must buy at Best Buy, PAY CASH. Otherwise they'll eat you alive.
