I would consider it - the online store was much better than the storefronts I visited which had the worst lack of selection. To be honest, Best Buy got the order because they're a big name & had a sale, but at equivalent pricing, the website wasn't as thorough and easy to use as Sears & the regular pricing isn't anything to brag about.

I haven't received my product yet. It is on backorder. If it takes more than two weeks, then I would consider my shopping experience negative because the company did not live up to what it stated on its site. If I receive the item within the two week experience stated on the site for backorder items, then I will be a satisfied customer.

I had to purchase accessories for the washer & dryer; I could understand needing new water lines for the washer which, I returned because they weren't needed; But I cannot understand why they would sell an electic dryer without the electric cord...duh. I purchased these things after my original purchase; I did the online purchase/store pick-up; however when I went to pickup the items my online order was not cancelled in the system & I was charged twice. I then HAD to Best Buy online to see what the problem was & they said it would take 3 to 5 days for my money to be returned after THEY(online dept)cancelled the order,not the store clerk, she could not cancell the order. It only to a second for them to deduct the money from my bank account after I hit the SEND BUTTON but 3 to 5 days before it could returned. I found this practice to be TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. It's a good concept but I think this banking thing should be revisted, trust & beleive I won't do this again, and I'm telling anyone who will listen.

I had to purchase at least the same amount of how much my gift certificate was. I couldn't buy anything lower than that amount. Also, couldn't really track my order; it just tells me that the electronic shipment info was received, and only knew when my package would arrive when I actually got it.

Very easy. Ordered online, had an immediate e-mail confirming my order and within 45-minutes had an e-mail telling me my order was ready to pickup. Picked up my order about two hours later. Had there not been a customer at the counter returning a purchase, I would have been in and out of the store within five minutes.
Nice to be able to shop at your own pace online and then pickup your order when you have the time.
