First my credit card didn't go through. Then I called to give my crrect credit card number for an in store purchase (ordered online). Never got a confirmation of order from Best until the next day. Went to the Best Store 2 hours after placing the order online; no record of the order in the system. Had to buy the product and pay again. My credit card was charged twice even though the store told me it wouldn't be. Had to call again and cancel the initial order to get a refund. Finally, I could not get the system to work with my tv. Brought it back to the store and was offered an in home install for $199 (for a $129 system - duhhh). Got some in store tech advice and tried again to install the system. Still would not work. Bringing it back. A real hassle. No more business for me with Best Buy.

Best Buys charge of $15.00 for their recycling program is a crime! This cost was never disclosed until check-out and there was no opportunity to opt-out of this imposed excessive fee. If Best Buy wants to be a good citizen then more power to them, but to charge me $15 is unfair. I am a devoted recyler, and I take this responsibility very seriously. However, I don't demand that others support my cause. Shame on Best Buy for such strong-armed tactics!

I wanted to send it directly to the recipient, but theere was no way to send a gift enclosure message. Finally, after trying many times and looking at the FAQ and calling and getting stuck in voice mail jail, I gave up and had it mailed to myself and mailed it on to the recipient by myself. I was extremely disappointed in the service.

I ordered a refrigerator at bestbuy.com on June 20, 2009 and was given a July 10, 2009 "confirmed" delivery date. After checking the order status several times by email and with online customer service,was told everything was fine and they "promised" the delivery would take place on July 10th. They said that on the 9th I would get a call regarding delivery time. On the 9th, no one calls me and after several hours of frustration and calls to Best Buy, I am told that, in fact, my fridge is on back order and the earliest it may be here is July 30th! Bestbuy.com passed the buck to the local store's delivery team, and they said online services should have been aware of the status and emailed me. In the end, because I badly needed a fridge, I settled for one I didn't want from the local store and the folks at bestbuy.com simply credited back the amount they charged my card a month earlier and not another word did I hear from them! Beautiful. And they call themselves BEST BUY!?

Customer service STINKS! After a month of "run around" customer service, I finally was told that Best Buy no longer had the windows disc to reload on a Insignia computer (Best Buy brand). They could not provide a disc to reload the software (it was preloaded and did not come with a back up disc).
I had a minimum of 5 phone calls and/or transfers that required 10 minute wait time. |

I ordered it on lone they contacted mw within hour or two to let me know that I could pick it up at the store. Got confirmation went to the store I was in the stor less than twenty minutes got my parking ticket vailded and was on my way. Yes I would doo this again.
